The time has come to once again polish the champagne flutes for the German Society’s 261st annual Stiftungsfest! We hope you’ll join us in raising a glass to the German Society’s long history and traditions, as well as its bright and sparkling future. Whether assisting new arrivals to America’s shores or building bridges between Philadelphia’s diverse communities today, the German Society’s mission to foster understanding between peoples is a cause worth celebrating.
On Saturday, November 1, 2025, we will commemorate the founding of the Society with our 261st Annual Stiftungsfest. We invite you to join us in the Horner Memorial Library for a champagne reception at 6:00pm, followed by dinner and dancing to live music in the elegant Barthelmes Auditorium at 7:00pm.
