Her engaging presentation will lead guests through a guided tasting of ten beers, while exploring the history of German and American beers from the last five centuries. Her seminar will educate people on monastic brewing traditions, beers of the masses, and the remarkable rainbow of lagers from German and American brewers that reflect the time-honored traditions of classic German-brewing styles and the limitless innovations of modern American craft brewers.
