Location: German Society of Pennsylvania, 611 Spring Garden Street, Philadelphia 

Watch Party: Doors open at 2:30 - show starts at 3 PM

Dance Party: 7PM - 12 AM

Tickets: $20 includes food and one drink ticket

It's the "Olympics of Pop," an over-the-top spectacle of talent, glam, and glitter - in a word, it's Eurovision! The beloved international song contest is organized every year by the European Broadcasting Union. Participating countries submit their song to be performed live - and voted on by the competing countries to determine a winner. It's the contest that has brought us ABBA, Celine Dion, and Bonnie Tyler. Fans won't want to miss a minute of this nail-biter of a competition which takes place in Basel, Switzerland this year. The German Society along with the World Affairs Council of Philadelphia and the Consulate of Switzerland in Philadelphia invite you to experience the performances in GSP's beautiful auditorium. We'll live stream the contest as stars from Europe and beyond battle it out to be crowned best crooner. The watch party will be followed by a dance party in the German Society's retro Ratskeller. Eurovision DJ Ricky Paul will provide some of his legendary Europop remixes to keep us moving!
