“Wister and More!” presents the Delius Society’s 40th Anniversary Concert, featuring Choral Arts Philadelphia

For this special concert, The Choral Arts Chamber Choir partners with the Delius Society and the German Society of Pennsylvania to present works honoring the late great Frederick Delius and commemorating WWI. Choral Arts Philadelphia is a semi-professional chorus, comprised of mostly volunteer members and avocational singers, who nonetheless maintain a high level of vocal artistry. Over the past decade, Choral Arts Philadelphia has evolved from a symphonic chorus to a chamber chorus in response to the needs of their repertoire, and in order to cultivate and offer the highest level of performance quality. The program for this concert will include: Frederick Delius -  Requiem Edward Elgar - “For the Fallen” from The Spirit of England, Op. 80 Ralph Vaughan Williams - Five Mystical Songs
