Annual Members Meeting and Elections of the Board of Directors

On Sunday, June 16, 2024 at 3:00pm, the German Society will hold its 2024 Annual Meeting and Elections for Directors and Officers.
Members must be in good standing to be eligible to vote, i.e. current on dues no later than close of business on Friday, June 14, 2024. Pre-registration is not required, but we encourage you to confirm that your membership is current before attending the meeting. Please be reminded that members at the Associate level ($30/year) are not eligible to vote in our elections. If you are an Associate member and would like to vote, please contact the Society's office to upgrade your membership to a higher level. If you have any questions about your current membership status, please contact the office at 215-627-2332 or info@germansociety.org.
Vision statements of the slate of the candidates can be found at the following link: (Click here to read candidates’ vision statements). There are five positions available in the Class of 2027 and one vacancy in the Class of 2025. There are six candidates running for these positions. The candidate with the fewest number of votes will fill the vacancy in the Class of 2025, while the five with the most votes will make up the Class of 2027. The crucial Officer roles of Treasurer and Assistant Treasurer are also up for election.
