Annual Members Meeting and Elections for Directors and Officers

On Sunday, June 3, 2018 at 3:00pm, the German Society will hold its 2018 Annual Meeting and Elections for Directors at 611 Spring Garden Street, Philadelphia, PA 19123. Members must be in good standing to be eligible to vote, i.e. current on dues no later than end of business Friday, June 1, 2018. Members wishing to vote must be present at the meeting—there is no provision for absentee ballots or proxy voting under the Society’s By-laws. There are two Officer positions up for election: Treasurer and VP of Finance. There are also six openings for Directors on the Board—five in the class of 2021 and one in the class of 2020—and eight candidates competing for those positions.
