Friday Film Fest: A Coffee in Berlin

Come join us for another fabulous Friday Film Fest! Coffee, cake, and homemade soup will be served. Niko Fischer follows in the footsteps of Leopold Bloom, traversing one day in the life of Berlin. Niko is a quintessentially anomic man, yet despite his ultimately despairing perspective, he exudes sympathy and tenderness for the individuals he encounters. He is a weatherman of sorts, keeping an eye on the current climate in Berlin, noting how his Zeitgenossen are coping with that climate. The film will be shown in German with English subtitles.
